Over mij / ons:	Im a kenyan.I believe in the fierce agency of now and i hate to see the repercussion of this thing called poverty.From my childhood,i have always wanted to make my society a better place to live in for every soul around me and i strongly believe that i will ultimately leave this world a better place than i found it. My mission now and in future is to see a world without malnutrition,a world where every single child born is without any form of paralysis due to micro nutrient malnutrition and a world where no single mother will ever hemorrhage to death because she was iron deficient. I believe in the importance of mobilizing the communities to solve the chronic and complex social problems within the communities by themselves because in all times,the solutions to social problems is always within us.That is me!!
Waarom 1%LID:	I want to share out with the world and bring each one on board to one avenue that will significantly contribute to the achievement of MDG numbers 4,5 & 6.To curb child mortality,enhance maternal health and combat HIV/AIDS. I shall start with Sub Saharan Africa(the region that is worst hit). The concept has self replicating potential and will therefore replicate and scale up regionally and globally.
